The camp is nestled on the banks of the beautiful Körös river in the peaceful resort town of Szarvas, Hungary. Modern recreational, housing and strictly kosher dining facilities are set amidst expansive landscaped grounds lined with ripe, fragrant fruit trees. The name Szarvas, pronounced “Sar Vash”, is Hungarian for “Deer”.

The Ronald S. Lauder Foundation

The Foundation,which is 25 years old, has impacted Jewish life throughout Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union by opening up schools and youth centers across the region. One of its crown Jewels is Camp Szarvas which has served over 25,000 campers since its inception in 1990. The Fellowships are administered through the Ronald S. Lauder foundation. Denny Hamlin
Denny Hamlin’s form at Chicago has witnessed a substantial improvement in recent decades.
He has five consecutive top 10 finishes after just scoring two in his first eight starts at the monitor.
Hamlin won the race in 2015, which was also his first top 5 in Chicago.
